At Perfumania, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Fragrance

  Carefully place the item in its original, unopened manufacturer's packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
